Observation:

A spine and joint practice with an impressive network of doctors and locations deserves a website that matches that credibility. The existing site suffers from low contrast text in key areas, hierarchy that feels random, and sections that require users to work hard for basic information. A 3D body model to communicate eight treatment areas. A carousel of hundreds of doctors, three at a time. Default YouTube thumbnails on patient testimonials. A lot of cognitive effort on the user's part for very little payoff.

Approach & Result:

The redesign keeps what they have and makes it more user friendly. Treatment areas are now a simple list. The team section leads with the founding doctors and points deeper for anyone who wants more. Testimonials get a branded upgrade. The location finder keeps its functionality and gets a UI facelift. Dark mode, better contrast ratios, more intentional imagery showing the kinds of patients who actually use the practice. Less cognitive load at every decision point.
